Court Fees

A variety of court fees are payable within our civil and family courts, set out in Statutory Instruments. You can find out the different fees charged in the courts and whether you have to pay them. You can read a little information on the history behind court fees and the reasons why fees are charged for court actions. Information on the legislation or laws relating to court fees is also available. These laws set out what the courts charge fees for and how much each service costs.
